高导热材料材料让元件在高温运转仍可保持良好特性,同时兼具「高耐压」,「低导通电阻」,「高速」,提高整体电路设计效能。已开发 650V 与 1200V 相关的品料, 适合工业电源供应与车用电子的高稳度与低需求需求。
